Who is leading the retreat?
Lucy Osborne from intenSati, Alison Leipzig and Michelle Garside from Soul Camp. And we are so honored and excited.
July in Sedona? Won’t it be too hot?
Yes, it’s going to be hot! But we have organized our itinerary to be outside in the wonderfully pleasant and cool desert mornings and evenings and in the air conditioning inside in our retreat room, in your hotel room or in the spa during the hottest hours of the day. The beautiful pool is available for a cool down as well!
Who will be attending this retreat?
Leaders, mothers, entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, go-getters, seekers. The women we see coming to this retreat have been doing the inner work for years and are ready to experience their own magic, their own power. These women have been navigating massive loss, change and identity shifts the past two years and know it’s time for luxurious restoration. Mind. Body. Soul.
If I want to share a room but I don’t know anybody, can you pair me with another participant?
Yes we can! We will take into consideration your sleeping patterns and pair you with another participant.
If I have food allergies, will I be able to be accommodated?
Absolutely. After you sign up, we will be collecting information like this from you in order to make sure you are well taken care of. At the Enchantment Experience, you will be able to fully surrender.
How do I get there?
Flying into Phoenix is your best option, unless you are within driving distance!
Is transportation provided from Phoenix airport?
Transportation is not included in your retreat price but there are options. The hotel can organize travel from Phoenix, you can rent a car, or organize with other participants based on your arrival times.
Will I be able to connect with the other participants before the retreat?
Absolutely. We will be creating a group chat so we can all start getting to know each other and prepare for the experience, together.
What time does the retreat begin on Wednesday and end on Sunday?
We’ll begin before dinner time at 6:00pm on Wednesday, and we’ll depart after breakfast at 9:00am on Sunday.
What is the cancellation policy?
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. We know that unforeseen challenges can occur, especially during this time. If you or a member of your household contracts COVID-19 within 10 days of the retreat, we will be able to issue a partial refund of $2500. If there is someone else found for your place on the retreat then your full amount of deposit will be refunded minus any bank costs and/ or agency fees but this is not always possible, so we cannot guarantee this. Otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
